Yesenia Vargas

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Yesenia Vargas, born July 20, 1982, in Hackensack, NJ, to Nazario Polanco and Lucia Vargas. Known to loved ones as “Yessi,” she was a beloved and devoted sister and aunt, she was cherished by all for her unwavering love, support, and joy.

Yessi had a deep love for her family, from her cousins to her grandparents, and she extended that love to her friends who became like family. She had a passion for baseball and Dominican music, bringing vibrant energy to every gathering. Her love for butterflies symbolized her free spirit, and her kindness touched all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving family, who will forever treasure her memory. A celebration of Yesenia’s life will be held on Thursday, Oct 24, 2024, at Boulevard Funeral Home in New Milford from 5-8pm

Rest in peace, dear Yesenia. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
