William Molkenbur

William Molkenbur of New Milford was 64 years old when he passed suddenly Friday, March 31, 2023. Born in Jersey City, William was raised in West New York and graduated from North Bergen High School in 1976. He went on to attend Rowan University and later earned a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from William Patterson University. After a long career as a Client Service Manager with CNA Insurance, William retired in 2020. He loved to take walks, exercise, enjoyed music especially Bruce Springsteen, and taking beach vacations with his family.

William was predeceased by his late mother Jean (nee Sacco) Molkenbur. He is survived by his beloved wife and childhood sweetheart Susan (nee Sanzari) Molkenbur. He is the loving father of Teresa Potosky and her husband Matt and Stephen Molkenbur and his wife Katie. He is survived by his cherished sister Stephanie Struble and her husband Nick. William is the devoted grandfather of Summer, Leila, Marina and Christian. He is also survived by his brothers in law Sylvester, Neil, Arthur, and Gerald and his wife Nelia as well as many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Boulevard Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1151 River Road, New Milford, NJ on Tuesday from 4 pm to 8 pm. The following morning, Wednesday, a funeral service will be offered in the funeral home at 11 am.
