Stephen Anthony Murray

Stephen Anthony Murray was 75 years old when he passed away Monday, June 2, 2025, with his loving family by his side. Stephen was born and raised in the Bronx where he attended Sacred Heart School, and then Taft High School. During his senior year of high school, Stephen's family would move to New Milford, NJ where he would graduate New Milford High School. After graduation, Stephen enlisted in the United States Army serving nine years. Missing his military life, 6 years after leaving the Army, Stephen reenlisted in the United States Navy where he served for 11 years before retiring. He loved photography, music, gardening, and running. Stephen proudly completed the New York City Marathon. Family meant everything to Stephen, and he meant everything to his family! 

Stephen was predeceased by his late parents Albert and Ruth (nee Malone) Murray. He is survived by his brother Joseph Murray and his wife Pamela and sister Patricia "Trish” Boer and predeceased by her late husband Charles. Stephen is the cherished uncle of Monica Murray and Nicole Boer and the devoted great uncle of Oliver Noesi.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial gathering at the Boulevard Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1151 River Road, New Milford on June 21, 2025 from 11:00am to 2:00pm.
