Rosa E. Delgado De Quintanilla

Rosa E. Delgado De Quintanilla was 82 years old when she passed away Sunday, May 7th, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Arequipa, Peru "Mama Rosa" immigrated to the United States in 1999 to live with her family in New Milford, New Jersey. She loved to knit and cook, especially cook, everyone loved the food she prepared. When someone asked about her food the response was always, " No sabes oye."

Rosa was predeceased by her beloved husband Julio Ernesto Quintanilla Saldaña in 1979. She is survived by her loving children Ana Quintanilla, Rosa Quintanilla, Gonzalo Quintanilla and his wife Claudia, and Blanca Quintanilla and her husband Ruben. She is the devoted sister of Victor Delgado, Nilda Delgado, Eva Delgado, Luis Delgado, Malena Delgado, Jorge Delgado, Silvana Delgado, Libertad Delgado, Soledad Delgado, Enrique Delgado, and Iza Delgado. Rosa is the cherished grandmother of Ruben, Sebastian, Katherine, Claudia, and Andrea. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brother in laws and sister in laws.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Boulevard Funeral Home, 1151 River Road, New Milford, New Jersey on Wednesday evening from 5 pm to 9 pm. The following morning a funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 10:30 am. The family will be receiving friends Thursday from 9:30 am to 10:30 am prior to the funeral service. Burial will take place in Westwood Cemetery, Westwood. For those unable to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday evening a live stream will be available from 6 pm to 8 pm by visiting www.boulevardfuneralhome.com. The funeral service on Thursday morning will be live streamed beginning at 10 am.
