Born in Augusta, Georgia to Mary Elizabeth Runnels-Millar and Ralph S. Millar, Sr.

Predeceased by his parents and sister Mary Elizabeth Millar.

Survived by his siblings, Antonie Millar, Eva Millar-Galván, Ralph Millar Jr., Tracy Locke and his son, Ronale Millar and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

He was dearly loved and will be missed.
