Mildred R. Alderdice

Mildred R. Alderdice of New Milford was 108 years old when she passed away peacefully Wednesday, November 10th. Born and raised in the Bronx, Mildred lived most of her life in New Milford. She was a member of the First Congregational Church of River Edge as well as a member of Senior Citizen's Club of River Edge. Mildred loved doing her crafts and hobbie projects. She was predeceased by her late husband of 50 years, Thomas Alderdice. Mildred is survived by her loving daughters Claire Megna, Deanna Ufer and Mickee Caughlin and her husband Art. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 bonus grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 4 bonus great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren. A funeral service will be offered at the First Congregational Church of River Edge, 109 Continental Avenue, River Edge on Tuesday, November 16th at 11 am. Burial will be private.
