Michael E. Westervelt was 68 years old when he passed away Monday, May 30th. Born in Englewood, Michael lived in New Milford for most of his life. He worked as a custodian for the New Milford Board of Education for many years before retiring. Michael was a big sports fan, especially football and a passionate New Milford Knights Football fan. He is survived by his dear friend Theresa Mancini and many coworkers at the New Milford Board of Education.
