Michael E. McVey

On Thursday April 16, 2020 Michael E. McVey was called home at the age of 73.  The world has lost a great husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and leader.

Michael is survived by his loving wife Judith, his children Christopher and Karlavanessa, and his grandson Marcos.

Michael was born in Manhattan, New York to his predeceased parents  Elizabeth & Andrew McVey on November 8, 1946.  After high school Michael joined the Army an honor he carried proudly all of his life. 

He enjoyed spending time with his family and routing for his favorite sports teams The New York Giants and The New York Yankees

Michael passed away peacefully after a long two year battle with his health and many complications.  While he will be greatly missed by his family, friends,  and loved ones, we know he is in a better place,  no longer in pain and resting. 

A celebration of Michael’s life will be scheduled for a later date.
