Maria Mazzella

Maria Mazzella of Little Egg Harbor, formerly of Jersey City, passed away peacefully Thursday, May 7th at the age of 102. Born in Ponza, Italy, she emigrated to the United States in 1955. Maria was a resident of Jersey City from 1959 until she settled in Little Egg Harbor in 2001. She was the co-owner of West Side Laundry and Cleaners in Jersey City for many years. Maria was the devoted mother of Domenick Mazzella and his wife Mary, Frank Mazzella and his wife Connie and Salvatore Mazzella and his wife Elaine. She was the loving sister of Eleanor Vitiello and her husband Silverio. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. A limited visitation will be held on Sunday in the funeral home. Maria will be entombed Monday In Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview.
