Louise A. Smith

Louise A. Smith, 69, of Palisades Park, NJ entered into eternal rest on Thursday May  7, 2020.  She was predeceased by her parents Frances and Dominic Yusis. Surviving are her loving husband of 45 years Frank J. Smith, son Richard and wife Jenna, daughter Robin and husband Jovan Limbevski, grandchildren Hudson, Cooper, Griffin and Evelyn and many loving cousins. Louise worked for Springer Verlag in New York City for many years and volunteered with St Nicholas Grammar School while her children were in attendance. Louise will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, niece and cousin. She was a firm believer in humanity, and that we will always find small acts of kindness in the world. She devoted her time to her family, especially her grandchildren who meant the world to her and making the biggest impact in the smallest of gestures without looking for any recognition. When we watch a Hallmark movie, we will always remember her funny anecdotal comments. She was a parishioner of St. Nicholas Church in Palisades Park, NJ. Entombment will be private at Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview, NJ. Arrangements will be handled by Boulevard Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1151 River Road, New Milford, NJ 07646. In Lieu of flowers or donations, Louise would love if you spend time with your family, take them to the beach, boardwalk, park and watch them smile and make the most out of life because in the end precious memories are all that are left.
