Joseph Cotter

Joseph Cotter, of New Milford, NJ, passed away on September 26 2024. He is survived by his wife Anne (nee Cleary) of 66 years and his three children Mary Guatta, Neil Cotter (Kelly) and Rita Karachun (Dave), as well as his grandchildren, Jillian Makowski (Dan), Joseph Cotter (Domiana), Brian Guatta (Samantha) and Fallon Cotter and great grandchildren, Kieran and Lacey Makowski and Rose and Drew Cotter. He was predeceased by his grandson Sean Cotter.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Sunday, September 29th from 2 pm until 5 pm. The following morning, Monday, a funeral mass will be clebrated in Joseph's memory in the Church of the Ascension, New Milford at 10 am. Burial will follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Alzheimer’s Association (https:// www.alz.org/) or Boys Town (boystown.org)
