Harold G Held Jr.

Harold G. Held Jr. passed away Thursday, March 18th, at the age of 85. Born in New York City, Harold was a resident of New Milford for many years before retiring to Lake Worth, Florida. He was honorably discharged in 1961 after proudly serving his country in the United States Navy. He later went on to pursue a career as an Iron Worker with Metallic Lathers Union Local 46 for over 25 years before retiring. Harold is survived by his sons George Held and Keith Held and a brother Joseph Held.

A funeral mass will be celebrated in his memory on Wednesday, March 31st in the Church of the Ascension, New Milford at 9:30am. A brief visitation will be offered in the funeral home from 8:30 am to 9:00 am on Wednesday.  Following the Funeral Mass, Harold will be buried in George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
