George John Vangelakos, Sr.

George John Vangelakos, Sr. passed away Saturday, February 23rd at the age of 89. Born and raised in Hoboken, he lived most of his life in Jersey City. He was a member of the Teamsters Local #560 for over 25 years. George loved to race motorcycles. He is survived by his loving children; George and his wife Michelle, Joseph and his wife Elizabeth, Liz and Niobe. He was the devoted brother of Pepe and Catherine. George was also survived by his cherished grandchildren; Emily, Jillian, Amber, Kayla, Joseph, and Adrian. 

Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Funeral Home Monday evening from 6pm-8pm. At 7pm during the visiting hours Father David Milliken will offering a prayer service. Cremation will be private.
