Frank Aubrey Ingram was born on September 28th 1936 in Bridgetown, Barbados to parents Edwin Ingram and Lillian King-Ingram. As a boy he enjoyed fishing, water polo, bike riding and swimming. However, his care-free life ended at the age of 13 when his father died. He quit school to help his mother, got a job as an elevator operator at Cave Shepard department store and was later promoted to a salesperson. He soon moved on to other pursuits and eventually opened his own business selling liquor until he emigrated to the U.S. in the early 1990s. After a short hiatus he got a job at Shoprite supermarket where he dedicated 10 years of work before retiring. He is survived by his children Janna, Junior, Luana, John, Yvette, stepsons Ricardo, Orlando, Frank, sister Pamela Morgan and a host of grand children, great grands, great great grands, nieces and nephews too many to list. His legacy will live on as his family continues to grow.
