Erin Eileen McCabe Doran

Erin Eileen McCabe Doran passed away March 25, 2021. She was born July 26, 1966 in Brooklyn, New York to Felix H. McCabe and Esther I. McCabe. She is survived by her children Sam (28), Ryanne (27), Maclane (25), and MaryKate (22), her husband, Michael, as well as her brother, Kenneth. Erin was predeceased by her brother Kevin.

Erin was a devoted mother, who loved her children most of all. Erin was a mother who would do absolutely anything for her children. Erin was a home-maker, who loved to cook delicious food and treats for her family and friends. She loved to bake, and had cookies and cakes people raved about for years. She was always invested in trying new recipes, whether meals or sweets, and had a craft in the kitchen that was unmatched. 

Erin was a kind and gentle soul with a heart of gold. Erin was loved and adored very much, and she will forever be in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved her. She had so much love to give this world, and her love will continue to surround us forever.
