Dr. Jesusa Mancebo, PhD

Dr. Jesusa Mancebo, PhD passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Saturday, May 11th. Born and raised in Iloilo, Philippines, Jesusa emigrated to the United States in 2012 settling in New Milford and Ridgefield Park. Admired by many colleagues in her industry, Jesusa was a passionate and dedicated Public Health worker mentoring many throughout her professional as well as personal life. She received a BS in Hygiene from the University of the Philippines, Manila and later went on to earn a PhD in Community Development from the University of the Philippines, Los Banos. 

Jesusa was predeceased by her late husband Samuel Mancebo. She is survived by her loving son Meyrick Mancebo and his wife Thuy as well as her loving daughter Fay Mancebo-Maturan and her husband Rod. Jesusa is the devoted sister of Patricia, Eduvijes, Lina, Aniano, Perlita, Alonso, Juan, and Cynthia. She is the cherished grandmother of Matthew and Marcus.
