Denise Mullins

Denise Mullins, 71, of Oradell, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 17, 2026 surrounded by the love of her family.

Born to the late Denis and Maureen Mullins of New Milford, Denise was a devoted mother, sister, aunt, and friend whose spirited personality and sharp wit made a lasting impression on everyone she met. She will be remembered for her strength, her loyalty, and her ability to make people laugh even in difficult moments.

Denise is survived by her son, Stephen Lyman, and his husband, Bill Anstadt. She is also survived by her brothers, Michael Mullins and his wife Kathy, and John Mullins, and by her beloved nieces and nephews, and all of her grandnieces and grandnephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, Denis and Maureen Mullins.

A wake will be held on Thursday, January 22nd at Boulevard Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1151 River Road, New Milford, New Jersey with visiting hours from 1 pm to 3 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm. A prayer service will be offered at 7:30 pm with cremation to take place privately thereafter.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the caregivers, nurses, and medical teams from Valley Hospital who supported Denise with compassion and dignity in her final days.

Denise’s humor, strength, and unmistakable spark will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
