Denise Ann Formisano

Denise Ann Formisano, 61, of New Milford, NJ, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 4, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Jersey City, she lived most of her life in New Milford. She was the beloved daughter of Madeline R. Formisano (nee: Smith) and the late Gustave James Formisano. Loving sister of James and her twin brother, Richard. She is also survived by a large extended family and her cat, Buddy.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington, NJ at 10:30 am.
