Ana Angelica Narvaez Crespo was 85 years old when she passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, December 5th, 2025 at 9:40 am.
She was born in the city of Toa Alta, Puerto Rico and married her husband Blas at the age of 19. Ana and her husband later came to the Bronx, New York at the age of 18 to pursue the American Dream. The couple settled in the Bronx and had two children. To provide for her family, Ana worked as a clerk for the United States Postal Service and retired at the age of 55. She was an exceptional domino player, notorious gambler at casinos, and had the most contagious laugh that would echo through any room.
Ana was predeceased by her parents Victor Narvaez and Benita Rivera Perez as well as her beloved husband of 64 years, Blas Crespo Velazquez. Ana is survived by her son Anthony Crespo and daughter Annette Morales. She is the cherished grandmother of Jennifer, Elizabeth, Angelica, and Michael. She is also the great-grandmother of Gabriella.
Ana's family will receive relatives and friends at Boulevard Funeral Home located at 1151 River Road, New Milford, NJ 07646 on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A funeral service will be offered the following morning, Thursday, at 10:00 am in the funeral home. Burial will follow in George Washington Memorial Park located at 234 Paramus Road, Paramus, NJ 07652 on December 11, 2025 at 11:15 am.
Ana is deeply loved and will be missed dearly. She will forever live on in spirit in the memories of her family and all those who knew her.
