Alice Riedel

Alice Riedel of Marietta, Georgia formerly of New Milford, New Jersey passed away suddenly Friday, July 29th. Born in Oneonta, New York, Alice had lived in New Milford from 1951 until then settling in Marietta in 1997. She loved crafts and the time she spent in her garden. Alice was the loving mother of Gregory Riedel and Robert Riedel and was predeceased by her late daughter, Geraldine Louise Riedel in 2013 and her sister, the late Jean Adler who passed away in 2015. She is the devoted sister of Jackie Skold and Josephine Bartley as well as the cherished grandmother of Colin Riedel.

Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the funeral home on Thursday from 2-4 pm and 6-9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated the following day, Friday, at 10 am in the Church of the Ascension, New Milford. Burial will follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
