Ann Callaghan

Ann Callaghan passed away peacefully Monday, January 21st. Born in New York City on July 3, 1940, Ann raised her family in Bergen County, NJ. She worked as a Registered Nurse at the Rockland Children's Psychiatric Hospital for 20 years, later working at Monmouth Medical Center. She is predeceased by her husband of 26 years, Edward P. Callaghan and is survived by her 3 children and 2 grandkids, Jennifer Callaghan and husband Christian Doehl, Michael Callaghan and Megan Callaghan Hait and her children, Zachary and Alexa Hait. Ann has traveled the world; Egypt, China, Spain, and the Caribbean and has jumped out of airplanes 3+ times in her adult years. Her first jump was over the age of 60! Not only was Ann a very special person but she was very crafty and handy. She embroidered, took pottery classes, painted and even played the piano in her earlier years.  Ann lived life to the fullest, and cared deeply for her friends and family. She will be missed by all who knew her.
